Patient Journey

Patient Journey

We are open now!

Thank you all for your patience and we are excited and looking forward to welcoming you back!

Following the release of the detailed guidelines for dentists on Thursday 4th June we are putting procedures and facilities in place to open in the safest manner possible.

We are able to operate from our Windsor site for emergencies and urgent appointments.

We will continue to offer remote support for more routine queries and consultations.

Appointment Booking

We will reach out to book your appointment, this will include a more detailed call and a request that you update your medical history form online prior to attending.

On Arrival...

When you arrive, please ring the bell. A team member will come downstairs to greet you and will check your temperature. If you are early, we kindly ask you wait outside until we call you.

Coming in...

We will ask you to sanitise your hands on arrival. Where possible, kindly refrain from bringing in bags or coats as these are not allowed in the surgery.

Your safety...

Dentists have always adhered to strict disinfection routines, these have been ramped up further to protect you and the team. Appointments will therefore be staggered slightly further apart from each other.

During your appointment...

Although nurses and dentists will be wearing slightly more PPE than usual, rest assured it’s the same friendly team under funnier looking gear.

Your Appointment

If required, we will book your next appointment with you over the phone or online.
